Mr. Babar R Chaudhry is the founder of Arrahman-Arraheem.com and known for his relentless efforts in conducting lectures (Inviting towards Allah (SWT) on different subjects, making documentaries on social issues such as highlighting the rights of parents, women and the oppressed, the elimination of extremism, sectarianism, terrorism, social problems like drug-abuse, poverty and crime and in promoting tolerance towards people of different religions, beliefs and cultures in the light of the teachings of the Holy Qur'an, Ahadith and Sunnah. Mr. Babar R Chaudhry reinforces the message that Islam, is the religion for mankind. In it's true spirit, Islam promotes peace and universal brotherhood, love, harmony, justice, forgiveness, tolerance and respect for each other. The main objective behind his continued efforts is to remove the misconceptions about Islam,Pakistan and Muslims vis-à-vis extremism and terrorism with a focus on character building, moral values and self-correction, which in turn leads to personal and professional growth. Born in a traditional religious family. His ancestors hail from Chakwal and trace their lineage from Qutub Shahi Awan. Mr. Babar R Chaudhry traveled to various countries. During his time abroad, he came cross a group of highly learned Christian missionaries who were looking for answers to their questions and curiosities about Islam. Mr. Babar R Chaudhry took them to the Imam of a mosque but the Imam was unable to provide satisfactory answers and showed his helplessness stating that he had memorized the Qur'an in Arabic and did not understand its contents. This situation was of great embarrassment for Mr. Babar R Chaudhry and from that day onwards he decided to study the Qur'an with understanding for himself, to acquire the basic knowledge of Islam so that he could answer the queries of the Non-Muslims with references to the Qur'an and Ahadith [the sayings of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH)]. Thereafter, he started studying the Qur'an and Ahadith. People from all communities gathered to attend the interactive discussion sessions, where the solutions to the problems, being faced by people in their daily lives and any other questions, are discussed with references to Quranic Verses and Ahadith. Emphasis is laid upon practical application in daily life, of Allah's message from the Qur'an, in order to bring peace within our selves, our families, our homes and eventually, in society, as a whole making this world a safer place to live in. People who listen to or watch Mr. Babar R Chaudhry's lectures and documentaries are fascinated by his simple and direct style of explaining the complicated issues with relevant references from the Holy Quran and Sunnah. His humble, sincere, kind, loving and selfless approach makes him easily accessible and catches the attention of the educated class, especially the youth. The viewers and listeners after watching and listening lectures and documentaries, begin to take interest in reading the Quran with understanding and find the answers to their basic questions.
